Mimma's may collect the following information:

  • Information that you provide by filling in forms on our website. This includes information you provide at the time of registering, or at any subsequent point. As part of the sign-up process, we ask that you fill in a form which tells us your name and contact details first of all and then, if you decide to sign up, we also ask for your physiological details (age, height, weight), delivery address and credit card details. By filling in these details, you consent for us to use them to the extent necessary to fulfill our service to you;
  • Once you've signed up, we keep a record of all billings and bag deliveries made to you including your meal plans, exclusions and meal preferences. This helps us troubleshoot if, for example, the bag does not get to your specified drop point, it also helps us recommend any adjustments to your meal plan and delivery instructions;
  • If you contact us, we may keep a record of that correspondence;
  • We may also ask you to complete surveys that we use for research purposes, although you do not have to respond to them;
  • Details of your visits to our website.

Your passwords are stored on Mimma's servers in encrypted form. We do not disclose your account details, postal or email addresses to anyone (other than Mimma's staff members and 3rd party contractors where required to do so in order to fulfil our service offering to clients) except when legally required to do so.

It is your responsibility to keep your password secure. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet is not completely secure. Although Mimma's will do its best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our website; any transmission is at your own risk. Once we have received your information, we will use strict procedures and security features to try and prevent any unauthorised access.

In order to make certain services available to you, we may need to share your personal data with some of our service partners. These include IT, delivery, as well as administration service providers who lie outside the EEA.

Mimma's only allows its service providers to handle your personal data when we have confirmed that they apply appropriate data protection and security controls.
